Fixes 2019-05-02

Player death has been fixed so that it triggers the game over scenario. Prior to this fix, if the player was killed the game would continue on and the player would be a corpse unable to do anything, they did not become undead or find themselves with the sun on their skin in the long grasses of Elysium, they were forever condemned to exist as a rotting corpse being pushed around by lesser warriors.
